First off: I started this Yelp account just to rave about Basecamp. Our sitch: We wanted to order a king-size frame and a king-size memory foam mattress on Amazon, but neither of us could take off work to let the delivery guy into our building. (Even if one of us could take off, both boxes are heavy as sin). …

I do not have enough great things to say about Basecamp team!!I live in Chicago, but I was planning an event in DC and I am so glad I found Basecamp to do my printing!They were super accommodating with print deadlines, prices were affordable, and the customer service great. :)I have been telling all my DC friends about Basecamp.

The gushing continues...We're moving out of DC so...How about sending 50lb+ packages to all corners of the earth? Absolutely, and they'll provide the boxes and packing materials free if they can.Returning zappos/amazon/whatever products? Yup - they'll print the return label out for you for free …

Very slow service. It took 20 minutes for them to print out 2 black and white pages for me. Don't go there unless it's the only place left on earth for printing.
