I have been going to them for many years first for my Grandparents and then my Mom and now for Me in Miami Fl love their service always busy have to wait but it is worth it. Now I am at the one in Palm Beach Fl and still loving it

Do not go here unless you have a specific problem that requires a specialist. I went for a simple yearly examine and a refill on my medication...restasis....

My observation is that they need somebody here who knows how to coordinate and make appointments. The service is horrible!!The care is somewhat acceptable but I have been here for four hours now and spoken to many and all have been very unhappy. I have not heard anyone with anything positive to say. Man across from me in waiting room had 11:30 am apt. , it's now 4:30 and he still hasn't seen...

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Also, they had free coffee at every waiting area with choices of regular, decaffe, expresso, cappicino or latte.
