This restraunt is very average at best. Not even close to "Authentic" italian, try Olive garden it much better. Not that Olive garden is great it's just better than this. Please ignore the other comments on this place unless you just want some avg neighborhood pizza, it's OK.

Bascalis Brick Oven is just good food. There you go. The artichoke dip, paired with cucumbers, peppers and toast, is smooth and surprisingly savory, matching perfectly with the crisp vegetables and toast. The chili is hearty with a perfect flavor combination and several options -- sausage, chicken and vegetarian. Wonderful food, I can't wait to try more.

Fantastic crust on the wood oven pizza and calzone. If you want mass quantities of cheap pizza, other places can give you that. Decore is not fancy, but food is great. Service was friendly.

Fantastic Calzones

Bascali's is a gem. I have to admit that I've never tried the pizza because the calzones are so fantastic I'm afraid to try anything else lest it not live up to the experience of the calzone.

The one week point in the whole extablishment however is the bread served before the meal. Serving bread is a nice touch but while not bad bread it does not live up to the rest of the food. It is...
