They only had ONE man working the nine tables in the dining room, and the owner (who has a huge chip on his shoulder) did nothing to help. As a resident of Ridgefield, CT and a former resident of New York City I can safely say that Insieme is phenomenal. This is by far the best restaurant in Ridgefield. The service is incredible. The only drawback, in my mind, is the atmosphere in that it feels like you are eating in a someones condominium.
