I have brought my cars to Bartlett Automotive on several occasions and they are extremely honest and fair. They also have reasonable prices. I would not even consider another automotive repair shop.

This place was awful. We made an:30 appointment to have the car looked at. At 2:30, we called to check on it, and they said they had not started to work on the problem yet. Then at 3:45, they called to say they didn't have time to finish?

After having a bad experience with Joe Cotton Ford I went to Bartlett Auto and they took care of my car repairs. Not only were they able to fix the repairs but they saved me a lot of money. I will never go to a dealer again! Thanks to Jeff for great customer service.

This place was awful. We made an 8:30 appointment to have the car looked at. At 2:30, we called to check on it, and they said they had not started to work on the problem yet. Then at 3:45, they called to say they didn't have time to finish working on it. Supposedly they pulled out the dashboard and put it back together. Funny, as the dashboard is still dusty with no marks on it. On top of all this nonsense, Frank, the service manager, was incredibly and inexcusably rude. He chastised us, saying it takes more than 5 minutes to fix a car (obviously, it had been there for almost 8 hours). When...

I went Bartlett Automotive and had to wait for my car to be repaired. I was there with my son. All we heard was f-this and f-that and much more. It was disgusting and offensive. I have been to other mechanics and NEVER had this problem I will not be returning.
