At first glance, Dr. Baron is clearly intimidating which is why some may assume he is rude. However, my experience revealed him to be a kind, humorous, and caring doctor. You have to have a genuine intention to talk to someone if you're going to judge their personality.

People assume that he doesn't do enough but how do you expect the decades before 2017 to have survived without casts and...

I had a little pain in my knee and Harvey Baron too quickly suggested surgery to remove a "tumor" in one lower leg. This was not tumor and was actually a condition present in both in both upper and lower portions of both legs. I was advised not to run, because my leg bones were thin and brittle; this was false. Surgery was never required. Really scary that he is allowed to operate as a doctor...
