Always friendly and helpful staff. The cafe is nice. The only problem I have is that the seating in the book store is gone. Those comfy couches and deep chairs were nice.

Great selection of manga and comics. Lots of great clearance deals too. And it's not too crowded even on a Saturday. Typical B&N.

I've been going to this B&N for over 10 years and these days I take my son there. I've never had a problem with anything. I've never visited the cafe bc to me it's a bookstore, not a coffee shop....
