I was so stressed out trying to find a safe and loving place for my 18mth dog. This was her first boarding and I was impressed with the thorough way they screened incoming dogs. I also like how the big dogs are in a seperate building from the small dogs, The place smells very clean and I love how they use steam to sanitize as it is not toxic. I love when I walk into the Barking Lounge with my dog and they greet her by name! We don't take our dog here too often so it always impresses me when they remember her. I love that I can look for her on the web cam and see how much funs she's having. When I picked her up, they even had a cute little "doggy report card" that told me about her day. I've been taking my dog to the Barking Lounge for over a year. He LOVES the staff and his furry friends! I haven't had any problems with the staff--in fact, they have called me after a stay if they noticed anything out of the ordinary. I like the webcam, too, since it's nice to know that I can check on him while I'm away!
