Where to even begin.. First of all, I wouldn't even give this store a star. I walked into the store and looked around for a while. Kept looking. No one helped us. I noticed a group of college students just standing like bumps on a log socializing to their friends that didn't even work there! What advise did they give me? Which pair of shoes they liked better. Yup. The staff is comprised of incompetent college students who couldn't be bothered to do anything than sit their and talk to to people.

Now that that's done, the staff also has no knowledge of the products they are trying to...

Will never shop here again!!! Received shoes as Christmas gift that unfortunately did not work for my foot. Got to store and was told that I couldn't return them or even get store credit for something later because "they are a high end store". Prada even does exchanges and returns!! They only let me do an exchange because it was still within 2 weeks of Christmas but it had to be done right...
