Never again! My taxes were done wrong. I was told it was a new system. Found out it was a year old. The owner Marty submitted the wrong information. I have been since refunded my money but I still have yet to get a call back from Marty, the owner to find out if my taxes were corrected, and what my new refund amount is. I also can't get her to send me a corrected W-2. Awful, never never again.

I went there on referral. Never again. My taxes were submitted wrong. The owner blamed the "new computer system" that is a year old. Since then I have called for over 4 days to get the correct amount of my return and the corrected W-2 sent back to me with no luck. The owner says she will return my calls and doesn't. for some reason marty never seems to call me back. we received a letter from irs which my wife took up there for her to find the problem yet every time I call to find out what is going on she is either not there or busy. now since the person that answers the phone knows me by heart now I would not think a 5 min. return call is to much to ask. thanks for helping me decide where I wont be going...
