Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property manager is nice but the property is in need of some upgrades. Sometimes some repairs are done with low quality. Instead of hiring professionals to deal with problems like roofing issues or pest problems. Wish they would get it together because I really like my apartment but it may be time to move.

I love the neighborhood, the community is good, maintenance is top notch from my experiences (things get fixed within a couple days)... my only issue is with parking, there is not enough of it so when I get home from work I have to walk 100 yards to my door, oh and I forgot there has been a problem with rodents outside (raccoons, opossums, skunks... yes skunks lol) and there are plenty of cats

Good place but has some Cons

Neighborhood is great. Police department nearby. Rent is affordable. Maintenance comes fast but does poor job..quick fixes. The main office staff very friendly and helpful. Different variety of people live here.. College kids to elderly to families with kids. Sometimes can get noisey. Parking always available. Overall decent place for the price.
