Manager Denise is horrible! Always complains, gets cars towed for stupid reasons, she's nosey, if u have kids STAY AWAY! Kids can't be outside alone unless they are 10 but there is no seating for...

Love this place quiet clean and management is very helpful great improvements have been made here at Barcelona

I would not recommend it. The previous manager, Barbara, was not fair in quoting rent prices. A lot of the tenants were paying different amounts for the same ammenities...2 bedrooms, 2 baths, etc., no more, no less and everyone paid a different amount for rent. Parking is not secure...several cars have been stolen and remote controls were inside them and gate codes were never re-set.

We applied with them, They said thre were apartments available. We were waiting for an answer for about 13 days. After that they said we were approved but there are no place available. So I can not understand why the offer you something they can not give. The manager wasn t presentable to represent the apartments and also her office.
