Food was perfect!

Service was slow, food was way way undercooked and one of four meals arrived 25 minutes late, manager was very attentive and appeared to care, will probably not come back with way too many better...

I liked the lounge ambiance but that's where my excitement ends.I ordered the Tuscan Chicken Pasta and it was blah city. Not sure where the tomato, mushroom, artichoke and basil were hiding but...

Our food was delivered on time, but unfortunately all of the food was cold when it arrived. We ordered wings, sliders, a veggie flatbread, loaded fries, and soft pretzels. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment. I hope something can be done to ensure the food is delivered warm, if not hot. I'm sure it all would have tasted good, but I am definitely not a fan of cold burgers and fries.

I had the Tuna Sandwich, and it was amazing. Very delicious, however, I would have preferred some sort of sauce (wasabi, soy, sweet and sour) to go on the bun for added taste value.
