This is a decent Thai restaurant in downtown. The staff is very cordial. The food is good and I loved the Thai custard reminds me of a dessert from the part of India that I come from. I still prefer Thai Landing which has excellent food although their portions are much smaller and is pricey. Overall I would recommend Banthai.

Great Thai food, more than casual setting, prompt service, a tad crowded at busy times, not cheap.

I visited Banthai on a Friday afternoon at 6pm - relatively empty. Service was prompt. Decoration was minimal. The food was not bad but not excellent either. The noodle dish I ordered was not very good. The ingredients were not very fresh, and it seemed like they prepared it beforehand as they brought the complex dish with several seafood out in just a few minutes. It was not the best Thai...
