I was afraid we wouldn't find a reliable electrician to fix our basement wiring problem at a reasonable price- but Banks Electric was the answer! Easy scheduling, nice people, extremely reasonable estimate, and the final bill had no surprises. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule, and when they did come, they called ahead and were right on time. I will definitely call them again.

We just purchased a portable generator and transfer switch from Banks Electric. Technichians installed everything we needed. Service was excellent and we will use them in the future. Strongly recommended

Late for appointment by nearly an hour... no big deal/understandable. Was told would be contacted within the day with specific pricing information. Did not recieve the call. Called multiple times over the next few days and left message - still did not recieve any contact.
