This bank is the hardest bank I have ever had to deal with. You can't access your accounts online as it doesn't recognize the information. Your rates for your mortgage go up every month and their representatives lie to you stating that your payment will remain the same for the entire mortgage. NOT A GOOD BANK TO DEAL WITH. Unfortunately a poor rating is the lowest I can go!

Very poor customer service. Bank United bought out my mortgage, the easiest and most efficient way of payment was online since they bought my loan on the 27th and my first payment was is on the 1st. To process the payment online, they charge $10.00!! So if I paid every month, via online it would 120.00. That's insane!! It cost them approx .70 cents each time to process that payment.!! So...

This bank didn't pay me a check because I have not account with them, that happened in the Weston Rd agency They said, you can go the branch that we have in Sunrise but the will give you the money in $20 bills, sounds to me like I was in a third world country

Every time I went to the bank with my father the computers were down., Now I tried to cash out a cd and the bank cannot locate the power of attorney. The assistant branch manager admits she saw the power of attorney and processed the form but will not sign an affidavit to say it exists. She had made a copy of the form in April 2014. I signed a full force and effect today August 2016. The bank...
