These people are unscrupulous thieves. They will steal your hard earned money. I had a check issued through them. They wanted almost ten bucks to cash it. Twice what other banks charge. Never do...

I have been a Bank of the West customer for about 12 years now and still love it! I'm surprised to see bad reviews for this branch. I've never had a problem.
