I have been wondering if I should move my money from this bank because the customer service just keeps getting worse. Although I have not found a bank yet that meets my expectations. Some time ago we went to Bank of the West to refinance our existing mortgage; it took them 3 months to tell us they couldn't do it. We paid $350 for the appraisal and we were told at the beginning that if not approved we would get a refund, NOT TRUE.

I recently needed to open an account because I joined the service and need direct deposit. They were very friendly and helpful and they did not charge me a fee being that i am in the military. i was very impressed with their intelect and their friendly attidutes torwards me and to every customer there. i would recommend anyone to bank there
