tried to remove a second name from there 3+5 safety deposit card, they say the only way they can remove a name from the 3X5 card is for us to get a new safety deposit box and pay for one year on it, and there will be no refund on unused prepaid on old box. Is that any way to treat a 75 year old war vet!
