This branch is notorious for understaffing and making the customer wait. Further, customer service is non-existent. Case in point, don't try to walk in and get service from anyone behind a desk....

This branch is horrible. Tellers are passive aggressive and non- professional. This bank is embarrassing. I would give this place negative stars based on the attitude of the bank and tellers

Tried to deposit $20 cash to an account that BofA insisted was going "dormant". Sorry we can't accept cash I was told. Seriously a bank that can't take a cash deposit? She cited the Patriot Act...
