I am not a fan of Bank of America.

Their only saving grace is a great banker named Donna Lam. Donna took care of all of the trust document changes.

I was browsing through the internet in search for the branch phone number because i had a quick question regarding my account and I saw this horrible review regarding this bank branch. After that i felt i had to speak up. I have been going to this branch since my high school days...(which is quite a while.. ;-) ) Anyways, i just have to say this branch does NOT have incompetent employees. In fact, the people sitting on the desks (usually either Carlo or Donna) are very knowledgeable regarding banking. This is one of the best branches out there in the city for Bank of America. It never gets too busy like some of the other branches where the line is out the door, the associates are super friendly and if they cant resolve it at the branch, they will literally get their booty off the desk or from behind the counter and get you in contact with someone who can help you.
