My husband has been with bank of america since 1997,and their reps screwed up our account with our mortgage payment.so bank ofamerica owed us$490.00 in late fees because of their reps mess up(big time) this started 7/10/2009.
It is now oct 9th and bank of america !!!!!!!!! Still hasn't called us back,keeps lying that they haven't gotten all 10 faxes of the proof ,of thier mistake even though i have all fax copies i have sent them, i've called every week.still no responce!!!!!!!!!!!! .
Bank of america is a bunch of lyers and thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
