The customer service at this location is horrible!! I work within walking distance from this circus and I usually choose to drive to another location. This bank is located in a busy downtown area...

Severely understaffed. I've never been in here for less then 15 minutes. As a bank they have been nothing but difficult. They have turned off my card without notice (due to "weird" charges, do not offer a 24 hour customer service line for account issues and, in general, are hard to deal with when seeking answers to questions.
