Definitely needs more than just 2 staff members working the counter during afternoon rush. Was in a line with more than 10 people.

Long line, slow process, repair man blocking the door, only 1 working atm outside and 1 inside. There were only 2 tellers working at 1230 rush hour on a monday. Took a while to get to front but...

I like the location and the service is ok. There's usually a small line but not too bad. Liz and Brittany are very friendly, always smiling and offering good Customer Service.
