Parking lot is extra horrible here, at all times of the day, especially nearing 6pm.

This Bank of America has a drive-up ATM. It also handles commercial deposits at this location. Both the outdoor and indoor ATMs are available 24 hours, and have Braille for vision-impaired customers. ATMs at this location can also handle multiple check deposits on one visit. Several tellers are bilingual in Korean or Chinese as well as English. There is plenty of parking in the plaza parking lot.
