Insensitive and dog killers

In one of their ""comprehensive"" exams they missed a tumor in plain sight on the lip of my dog. So I thought it was nothing. Turns out it killed my dog. When I later brought it to their attention the vet left the diagnosis on my answering machine on a Friday night. So I spent a wretched weekend worrying over my pet - turns out with good reason. The vet was as sensitive to my feelings as Adolf Hitler. I will never take an animal there again. If you want a healthy pet you won't either.

Great place to take your pet. My little chihuahua does not like many people, however any one of the staff can walk right up to her and pick her up. They are able to work around my very busy schedule, and the staff is very friendly.
