I have been going to Banfield for over a year and it is just not for me. I am switching to smaller practices for my pets. Let me start off by saying that the staff at this location is great....

For medical care for my dog definitely five stars. For the fact that they add charges and try to scare you into more services than what I came for, zero stars. I stopped my wellness plan and refused all charges for it at the bank after they started up charging me. Up theirs.
