They are terrible at customer service. They will quote you one price and ""forget"" to tell you about complete line items that will hit your bill. They tell you one price to get you in the door and then they call you with a completely different price when you already have your pet in there for the service. It's unethical and completely unbelievable that they can charge so much more than they said they would. I would never never never go back here!!!

They quote you one price for their services when you make the appointment and then they call you saying it will be hundreds more than they said it would and would you still like them to perform the service, you know, since your dog is already in for surgery and and all!!!!
