Previously we received wonderful service from the Cumberland location and transferred our animals to Perimeter when we moved. Since our transfer we have been completely unhappy with customer service, vet service, and the overall experience at Banfield. When picking up our animals it takes over an hour (and no one else is in the hospital at the time), when we call for simple follow up questions...
