The only thing that was odd was that you had to get your ice from every even floor so for those who are on a odd numbered floor you must go up or down to get your ice. No big deal
The room was fantastic, the only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom only had a shower. It would have been nice to have a tub to give my son a bath. Other than that, the service was excellent. The entire hotel was very clean.

The hotel was extremely nice. Everything is updated. Reading lights mounted on the bed frames were useful. The beds were high quality, allowing us to sleep very well. Breakfast was delicious except for the eggs (from a mix) which were sitting in water and there was no bacon offered. Staff was pleasant.
It was ok. Bed was uncomfortable but the room was nice. I had booked a king bed. Then when I got there the guy behind the counter said I had a 2/bed suite. I know I didn't book it. So I had to pay and extra 15 to change my room. It was ridiculous.
