I have been with Bally's since 1982. I started out when it was Holiday Health Spa and became Bally's. I have been to many of the LA locations and specifically at the Hawthorne location since 2004. I was not impressed with the facility, but totally adored the staff. They had a full time cleaning crew. Note that I said had. Since '04 the staff has changed and most of them are inept, unfriendly...
