Well, they were friendly over the phone when they took my order, that's the ONLY reason I gave them 1 star. If I could've given them just a half star I would've. The order was for my kids on Valentines Day and was supposed to arrive at my house at 4:00pm. At 4:20 I called and they sat the phone down so I could still hear them trying to FIND my order, finally the lady got back on the phone and...

Had a birthday party for my mother ordered flowers and balloons from there they were beautiful and the balloons stayed up for such a long time, this is the only place I ever go they are always so nice and friendley and get eveything right.
