Great Experience
I called for an estimate for an oil change and the guy on the phone was very busy, so he told me he'd call me back shortly. I've heard that before, but I gave him my number anyway. Guess what happened... HE CALLED BACK, within 10 minutes and told me how much the oil change would cost. So I went in without an appointment and got an oil change. It was exactly what he quoted me, with no pressure...
