I have to concurr with the last review. I have tried to give this business my business, faithfully using their services for almost a year now because of the convenience due to the proximity to my house. I have finally had to seek another service because I continually had to take articles of clothing back to be drycleaned again free of charge and I just can't justify using them anymore. More over the last time I had to take my drycleaning back to be redone it didn't appear that it had even been done. WORST CLEANERS EVER

These people are straight RUDE!!!! They need to learn etiquette as well. Frankly, i am Korean too. I am embarrassed for them. My college friend sent clothes here a few times, and both she and I have never gone back. Shop around. You CAN find better prices and much better customer service.

Our trip lasted longer than anticipated and we needed some laundry done. Balboa did a great job quickly for a good price.

I wouldn't even give this place a one star if there's an option.

They guy here is very rude. I've taken my clothes here for dry cleaning and alterations, as well as shoe repair before. These people are not professionals in what they do. What you will get will be disappointment when you pick up your stuff if you take it here! They do a very poor job. I will never go back here!
