I am from East Texas and LOOOVE barbecue!
I feel so fortunate to have found Baker's Ribs.
Their potato salad and beans are the best I have ever had.
Their meat is always smoked to perfection and just melts in your mouth.
The sauce isn't too spicy and doesn't taste like the imitation ketchup-y bbq sauces you get at other places.
I'd recommend this place to anyone in Dallas looking for good... more

We have Baker's Ribs cater at our work on occasion, and I eat there at lunch during the week when possible. They have awesome food! I recommend going back a few times to try all the different meats because you will definitely have more than a hefty serving each time. It gets really crowded during the week at lunchtime because the food is so great, so take an early or late lunch, or go on a... more
