Baileys Bar B Q exemplifies TEXAS BAR B Q. Waynes great wood smoke meats and Marias special sauce make a great combination. Mr and Mrs Bailey are good honest hard working people who provide great food and service. They also do catering. I talked to a friend who is a part of the Rotary Club and he said that Baileys will cater about once a month and they do a great all the way around.

Every time I go to Texas, I look forward to eating the meats smoked by Mr. Bailey. They really do have the best ribs, chicken and brisquet I have ever eaten. Mrs. Bailey has a secret recipe for her fabulous pinto beans. This is the highlight of my trips to Weatherford. They are the best in the South!

Bailey's really does have the best tasting barbeque I have ever eaten. Their pinto beans, potato salad, and other sides are also quite delicious. They make their own barbeque sauce and send me back home to Arkansas with a bottle of it everytime I come in.
