I had a 12noon appointment. Their lunch was delivered as I checked in. At 1PM I knocked on their door. Lady came to front & said "Oh you've been waiting an hour?" No apology. Went into room & still waited another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. I guess their lunch was more important than a scheduled appointment?
