This Vietnamese-style sandwich shop has prospered and multiplied throughout Oahu. A great place for a light lunch or snack, Ba-Le serves selections like pâté on its famous crunchy-outside-soft-inside French rolls, and shrimp-filled summer rolls. The Vietnamese iced coffee, strong espresso with a big splash of sweetened condensed milk, is one of the best in the islands. Every location is...
Perfect for cooler weather or when feeling under the weather. The chicken pho is excellent, let the jalapenos soak in the soup for a little while to get an extra spice, wonderful!
Best viet bahn mi sandwiches. In Hawaii Kai and Kailua. Truly the best. Would have loved to take one back on the plane!
We stopped to try Waldo's pizza to try something different and what a mistake that was! THere is nothing GREAT about this lousy, cheap, skimpy pizza joint. We order a large "Supreme" for $12.00. Nothing "Supreme" about this piece of tasteless cardboard. Hardly any meat or veggies. A total rip off. We would have done better with a frozen pizza....
This is Vietnamese food at it's best.
A simple menu but lots of good things.
Their Pho chicken noodle soup and Roast beef sandwich was our lunch some days we visitedAla Moana.
Cost $12.04 cents including tax.
They have delicious Banana rolls for $1.20 and they are yummy.
We laughed every time we walked through the Tool and Moror mower...
Slow service, but usually worth the wait. Same menu as others of the same name, but it is very good food at reasonable prices.
