In Short As much a vinegar and olive oilery as a winery, this is a good stop to make on a trip to Wine Country. Dipping bits of bread into the flavorful oil pressed from local trees is a fine diversion during a tour. The winery also features cabernet sauvignon, merlot and specialty vinegars. Chardonnay and pinot noir are other varietals available in the tasting room.
