Terrible customer service. Problem not fixed, I had a free warranty on the "services they completed" and called another company out and paid additional monies just because my husband and I couldn't stand the idea of them in our home again.

Beware! I was charged $150.00 for them to auger and NOT clear out a clogged toilet drain line. It was inittially going to cost me $189.00 but the guy "cut me a deal" and only charged me $150.00...
