I'm pretty amazed. They took a little longer than expected to change the headlights on our Prius(a TOTAL pain in the butt to do since you're supposed to remove the entire bumper) and ended up doing the labor for free. I couldn't believe it. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Since I bought the bulbs online I walked out of there not paying anything. Now that is awesome customer service. They also...
