I was quoted a price for my oriental rug for which I had a coupon to go along with that. I was told the coupon would be applied after the cleaning and that I needed to sign for now for the full amount. After they cleaned my rug, they charged me the full amount without applying the coupon. Upon arguing my case, they said it actually cost over double of the quoted price and that the coupon had been applied which is a bunch of BS! I know this is South Florida, but nowhere does it cost $350 to clean a 5x10 rug. I called another place and they charged $150 (pickup and delivery included). I bought the thing new for that price and the numbers did not even match up to what the coupon stated.
They then cussed me off and hung up on me several times. Please stay away from these people. They will rip you off, lie to your face, and then refuse to even talk to you. What a joke this 'Incorporated' business is. Never Again!
Fantastic service! We called to get our carpets cleaned in a 4 bedroom home. The service technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained to us the complete process and every step of the service. The price is very fair compared to other business like Klean Dry. Our carpets were spotless and smelling fresh in no time. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Kathy
Owner is a very crooked individual (manny). Sues his clients and service providers as a method of forcing compliance, beware.
They did a lousy job and when they said they would come back to fix it all I got was they had trouble with their truck. They never return phone calls. You can't leave a message as thier mail box is always full. They don'y even pick up the phone because they see my number. Reported to Better Business Bureau. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
These people do not adhere to their ad specials. False and unfriendly. Demandant even if ad says "no obligation"; will charge if it says "free estimates". Beware: could be a scam since no receipt, business card or invoice would be provided. Have been reported to the Better Business Bureau of South Florida and the Caribbean.
I was quoted a total of $175 to clean my 5x10 oriental rug. I told the man who picked up the rug that I had a coupon and wanted to use it three time before signing the receipt. He said that it would be applied after the cleaning process. My credit card was charged the full amount of $175.
