Worst ever - sloppy unprofessional

This guy named Bill is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. He is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. Period
Recently, we purchased a range hood for the kitchen and was looking for someone to install it. This guy called me and I told him what needs to be done and he had finally agreed for a price for the installation.
When he came over and saw the range hood, he completely changed his story and he said he thought it was a microwave and for this to be installed he needed more than double of what he had agreed upon. I told him specifically that it is a range hood and this guy did not know the difference between a range hood and microwave vent?
Anyway, I told him that I don't want his service and that I will find someone or do it myself.
He said if I can help him lift and hold the hood, he can do it for a little lesser than his second quote which was $75 more than he initially had agreed upon. I though what the heck, and I said OK.
The old hood had be removed first. This guy had no clue how to remove it and literally, I had to tell him how to remove it .

Now the installation part comes,
Without thinking it through and without reading the manual and not covering the cook top, he stepped on it and he almost broke the knobs and the burners. I asked him to get down and I had to cover to protect it. Then he drills a hole on the dry wall where there was no stud and I kept on telling him that it will not hold it even for a second and he placed the hood on the wall and screws it and there by the time he let it go the weight of the hood tore the dry wall. What an idiot.
At this point I knew that he did not have a basic idea of what needs to be done.
He was clueless and that made me nervous and I was sure he was going to damage bith my hood and the wall.
So I told him to stop with his work and asked him to put back the old hood since my wife had to cook. He said he cannot do that and he just left it leaving everything in a mess. What an ordeal I had with this unprofessional moron.
Finally, I did it myself with a help of a friend in less than an hour.

Never seen anyone doing such a sloppy work.
Please think 10 times before hiring this con artist ad save your home. He should never be anywhere near a home.
