Recently relocated from the NYC metro area, I've struggled to find good restaurants in Jax. BB's is an exception. I've dined there several times from simple apps at the bar, salad and 3 course meal. Each and every meal was very good. Consistency with such a changing menu is often difficult.

When I cannot make up my mind where to eat and want I nice meal I head to BB's.

You will not be disappointed with whatever you order as your main course. Their selection of cheese is always very impressive, and paired appropriately with apricots or honey or fruit. While they don't take reservations, you can put your name on a call-ahead list with a specific time. We did this and were seated within five minutes of our time on a weekend evening. Food was above average. The goat cheese salad is an absolute must. Restaurant was cramped, loud, and very cold.
