I have lived here for 4 years. I am very unhappy with the management over the past year. I referred someone and was then told I would not receive the incentive money offered because the person I referred would not be living here until next year and my lease expires this year. This was not made clear on any of the postings. I find this very unprofessional and I will not be recommending anyone...

This place is a joke. Worst management ive ever experienced. They make it seem like you are a burden to them, the grounds are trashy and unkempt, Throw in washers and dryers that are a total rip off (at least 3 cylces at $1.50 to dry 3 towels and 2 jeans) and youve got Trash and Country apartments in a nutshell. don't make the same mistake I did im stuck in this heap for a whole unbearable year.

Beautiful landscaping, no nasty pests EVER, great staff, low utilities, lots of green space!!! Best complex I have ever lived in, hands down (minus the lazy, irresponsible dog owners who leave the poop on the ground. My solution... Install cameras to find offenders and increase the fine exorbitantly to pay for it! My dog's was always picked up and placed in one of the many conveniently placed...
