I have had to wait for three days for the techs to call me back. After that, they cancelled twice. My unit is still not functioning.

It took several times to get the unit repaired. I paid almost 300.00 in labor alone. Parts were even more expensive (500+). A store close to me said it should only be 120 to repair. Xerox company confirmed it.
