Over promise and under deliver. Poor workmanship & communication. I spent a lot of money with them to get what I was told would be an extremely nice looking pool, deck, fence, etc. Less than 2 weeks after concrete was poured it cracked. Their answer was to just patch it. The patch was a different color and humped up, huge eyesore now. The concrete coping along the edge of the pool started...
