I had a facial done and it was terrible, they left my face with wax on it and part of my face skin was burned/irritated by wax from job done! I called to ask what type of product they used on my face and the person that attended me was not there. I was told to leave a message and they would call back but i never got a call back from them. Terrible service.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this spa. We received a great massage and the price is reasonable. We will definitely come back to this spa again!

I was a party of a private spa party being held at the awaken spa. Everything was perfect. It was private, professional, amazing environment/ambience, great service and ultra friendly staff. Can't wait to go again.
