I rented a car from this location and they gave me a navigation unit that stopped working half was to my destination, Lake of the Ozark... not an easy place to find. The Manager and Avis Customer Service would not return my five phone calls. I wasted time and gas.When I turned in the broken nav unit they acted like they were doing me a huge favor not charging me for it. Even made me pay $7.98 a...
