I've lived in Avila for the past 8 months, and have had nothing but a quiet, good experience living there. It might depend on what part of the complex you're in, since some parts of it seem to have a lot more activity, but I hardly even notice having neighbors where I'm at. There's plenty of parking (and it's open) and has a decent pool (and a toddler pool!) and park area. The only complaint I...

These units are amazing they're very professional friendly great amenities full of the day fitness center Spa BBQ area just a really nice place to live. All the units have upgraded amenities as well hardwood looking vinyl floors throughout thick shag carpet washer and dryer included ceiling fans in master bedroom and in living room nice patio for just relaxing large kitchen large bathrooms...
